The Motley Fool Stock(s)

Well, the "CEO" is not betting on 1 stock...but on THREE!

The following is the "clues" Motley Fool gave away about the stock(s):

Currently, this company has:
•over 1 billion users on their social networking platform
•grown cloud computing over 150%,
•one of the top video streaming platforms in the world
•the top news service in the world
•the most powerful gaming divisions in the world, doubling Sony’s revenue in 2017

SO WHAT DO I THINK THESE CLUES LEAD TO?

The three stocks I think they are alluding to are:

Walt Disney Co
NYSE: DIS

They currently have a huge video gaming arm within the firm that works with Sony named: Disney Interactive Studios- https://www.cnbc.com/2016/05/11/why-disney-unexpectedly-quite-the-video-game-business.html

Twenty-First Century Fox Inc Class A
NASDAQ: FOXA

They are obviously the top news service in the world, they also want to get into the streaming game because they have a huge market on cable t.v, which is diminishing.

Lastly,

Comcast Corporation
NASDAQ: CMCSA

Now you are probably wondering why these three stocks matter? Why would they bring awesome returns?

Well, these three companies together own the small, little known California company, HULU.

Yes, Hulu. The ugly cousin of Netflix, is their bet?

This is what I think they might be betting on. They believe all that corporate backing will get all the funding and power to grow and become the one-stop-shop of streaming. Streaming cable, videos, original series, and games.

How can you Profit?

Well first, open a Robinhood account. Use link: share.robinhood.com/syedh226
(you get a free stock)

Then fund your account, but you don't need much money because we will buy Long Call Options. Of course, if you have the extra cash, buy the stock.

But the breakdown to buy Long Call:

CMCSA
Long Call
$35 Call
1/15/2021 Exp • Buy
$5.00

FOX
Long Call
$50 Call
1/15/2021 Exp • Buy
$3.00

DIS
Long Call
$110 Call
1/15/2021 Exp • Buy
$13.25

Remember, Robinhood has no commission costs!

This is obviously speculation of another speculation. But that's why we use the power of options, however, these are blue-chip stocks so even if they don't make the crazy returns it would be great growth stocks with dividends.

Privacy

Privacy and confidentiality are very important issues that new media faces on a daily basis. My paper was on Wikipedia, as part of new media Wiki formats have been very popular and adopted through many organizations. Two problems Wiki faces is exactly the privacy of the information and the user's personal information shared throughout the organization. New media allows companies to store vital information about the firm, customers, and employees. That vital information must be secured because it is easily accessible by hackers. Also, new media allows filesharing throughout the internal organization that must have high confidentiality standards because it can be given to the wrong hand or even intercepted by a third party. Whoever adopts any sort of new media must look into how to protect its privacy and make sure there are no holes in the system.

46-year-old CEO bets $44.2 billion on 1 stock

Netflix briefly passed Disney as the biggest entertainment company in 2018, and analysts and investors alike celebrated a new dawn in the entertainment world. But what these press clippings missed was the bigger story. Because we think Netflix is NOT the future of entertainment. It’s only a small fraction. With PwC estimating the media landscape to be worth an estimated $2.2 trillion in 2021, and Netflix revenue passing $11 billion last year, you’ll see that Netflix makes up only 0.5% of the media landscape. And one billionaire CEO is taking charge of what Netflix DOESN’T do and leading the way for the Next Generation of entertainment. You see, Netflix is a streaming company through and through, and they’re great at that. But this 46-year-old CEO is putting over $44 billion on the table to take over the rest of the market, and he isn’t stopping any time soon. His forward-thinking company, which many people haven’t even heard of before, doesn’t only want to ...

I think we should have a new media that creates a virtual device that allows us to shop in stores virtually instead of buying online. Imagine, at home, you can virtually walk around Whole Foods or Macy's in current time and you can browse around and see the details of the clothing or the quality of the produce. This can be a better experience buying online when you order something and it is nothing like the pictures in person. It would also help companies promote new products to the new generation that shop online but don't browse in stores to find new things. You can also make virtual stores not actual. Just a more better way to shop online.
